3. what materials do you use for your prints?

The materials depend on the suppliers we work with, prints are mostly produced in the USA using fade resistant methods, wall art includes canvas, cotton canvas by special request, photo paper, art paper, metal, acrylic, and wood.

4. how do I care for my art prints and decor items?

To keep your art looking its best, avoid direct sunlight and high humidity, and do not store in a hot attic. Dust frames gently with a soft, dry cloth. For unframed prints, handle with clean hands and store flat in a protective sleeve if not displayed.

5. can I request a custom size or design?

Yes, we offer customization options for many of our prints! You can select from available sizes at checkout, and if you cannot find what you are looking for, contact us directly for special requests. Custom designs may incur additional fees and longer production times. Simply email us the artwork name or number, along with all the desired details and product type. We will send you a quote with image of the prototype for approval and payment, then we can begin production.

6. how do I hang or display my art prints?

Framed prints and stretched canvas come ready to hang. Try to use two nail points instead of a wire to have a permanent placement that does not shift and need constant adjustment. Check out our blog post: Best way to hang up an artwork. For unframed prints, we recommend using a frame, clips, or washi tape, depending on your style. Always ensure your wall can support the weight of the piece—if it is too heavy, drill into the wall wood post instead of the sheetrock, stud finders are helpful.

7. what payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and select digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. Payment options will be displayed at checkout.

8. how can I print my own artworks, and what is R5:4, R1:1, R3:2 and R4:3? What is DPI?

For wall art, you need to figure out your ratio, which is R. Divide the large side by the short side of your artwork. So if the width is 10 and the height is 8, your ratio is 1.25, that is the same as 5:4, cos 5 divided by 4 is 1.25, so choose the artwork option that is R5:4 so you will not lose details from your artwork. If your artwork doesn't match a ratio, you need to crop it to one of the ratios we have available so that you can upload automatically for printing. If you do not want to crop your artwork, email us the size you want to create and we will send you a quote.

For home decor items, try to fit your artwork in the frame.

Generally speaking, make sure you have the correct DPI (dots per inch) and the right pixel size so that you get a good print out. We can help with all this under the editing in the services tab. You can change your image DPI under the Image Size section of your photo editing software.

9. how long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location, type of order and product. Typically, orders within the U.S. take 5-10 business days, while international orders may take 10-20 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

10. do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide with the exception of some products. Customs rules and additional taxes may apply to some countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We do not accept returns from products that were shipped outside the USA.

11. can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can return most USA shipped items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return. Note that custom orders may have different return policies.
