Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! At Mangosteen Art Prints, we strive to ensure every art print and home decor item meets your expectations. If something is not quite right, here is how our return process works:

  • Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Process:
  1. Contact us at orders@mangosteenartprints.com with your order number, item title, and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us within the 30 days using a trackable shipping method.
  3. After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you about your refund or exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If by any chance you entered an incorrect address and the item was returned to us, you will need to provide a correct address and cover the shipping costs back to you. If you do not provide an address, we will keep the item and refund you the cost of it minus the shipping cost we incurred.
  • Non-Returnable Items: If we believe the product you personalized is too customized and will not be easy for us to resell, then we will reject the return.

Refund Policy Your satisfaction is our priority! Here is how refunds work at Mangosteen Art Prints:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions (unused, undamaged, original packaging).
  • Refund Amount: We will refund the full item price, excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item). If you accept store credit instead of a refund, we will offer you 120% of the value originally spent in store credit.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving and approving your return.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and description of the issue. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. If the item returns to us damaged when it was not originally so, we will need to claim this with the shipping company first and see if they will cover the damages. If not, then we cannot issue a refund.
  • Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive, contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we will investigate and resolve it—either with a replacement or refund.
  • International Shipments: Shipments sent outside the USA, Canada or Mexico are not returnable or refundable.
